On the other side of the galaxy the Council of Sith Lords gather together. Unlike the Jedi Council the Sith Lords recognized that their hatred for this scout ship pertained to the aliens on board. So, they started to prepare for a war to destroy these aliens coming into their domain. Not knowing the capabilities of the aliens they take every step to prepare themselves for the inevitable.

Not knowing what was going on, the alliance, seeing that the Sith Lords had reestablished themselves as a unified group under the head Sith Lord (FRAENER) with the Old Republic, took control of all the facilities that manufacture the clone warriors. 

The alliance seeing that Sith Lords were enhancing their military pursuits went on the offensive to find allies to enhance their endeavors to destroy the Sith Lords and the Old Republic once and for all. Knowing that they could not match the old republic resources in building a big enough military force to fight them. the alliance started to form small raiding parties to hinder them from continuing until they could establish enough support for their campaign to destroy them.

The Jedi Council and the alliance Council come together. To plan more strategies of how to slow down the Sith Lords and the Old Republic. The Jedi's start to become aware that something new is frightening Sith Lords for some reason. So, they try to find out what it is to try to get some kind of advantage over them. They send out some scout ships on their own to infiltrate the empire of old Republic domain.
